When creating an application, you must select a main or base language, which becomes the default language for your application’s product page. You can change this language later from the application version.
How do I translate my product page into other languages?
To increase your application’s global reach, you can translate your product page into the other languages available on Softonic.
- Define a base language when creating the application.
- From the application page or a version, select the additional languages you want your app to appear in. You can choose up to 17 languages.
- Use the AI-powered automatic translation tool to generate text in the new languages based on the base language.
- Review the generated translations and edit them manually if needed.
- Optionally, upload language-specific screenshots.
If you don’t upload different screenshots, the base language screenshots are shown by default.
